Home Inspector - Business Development and Operations Program
Consultation Session #1)
This session includes a 2 hour consultation in regards to Local and State Regulations, Training, Testing and Legal Requirements for Home Inspectors. This session also includes equipment and operations descriptions.
Consultation Session #2)
This session includes a 4 hour review of Reporting Software, reporting procedures and report writing. You will gain hands on experience in regards to utilizing modern technology and equipment being used in the home inspection business.
Consultation Session #3)
This session includes a 2 hour review of Marketing and Advertising for the Home Inspection industry. Learn how successful inspectors have marketed locally and grown their inspection business.
Training Session #1)
This is a 4 hour session, including detailed instruction on the process of performing a home inspection. You will review actual Home Inspection Reports, discuss the process of performing home inspections, writing reports, consulting with clients and agents, and performing follow-up procedures.
Live On-Site Inspection Training Session #2)
This is a 4 hour session. This training session includes the opportunity to observe an on-site home inspection, report writing and distribution.
